How come one audio file work, while the other one doesn't?

I were just startling to edit a video consisting of one video file and two audio file. At first, I imported all three files, but it seemed like one of the audio files didn't contain anything. Just deleted it and re-imported. Worked, so I started syncing and realised that I've made the mistake recording both 44100hz and 48000hz, so I converted 44100hz to 48000hz. Now I needed to import the new 48000 file, but when I try to preview it in Premiere, it doesn't contain any sound. Tried to listen to it with both VLC and standard Windows Media player (yes I have windows 7), and the sound is perfectly working.

I have tried like importing again, adding in other sequences, using old 44100hz sound, but nothing seems to work. An extremely annoying issue which I hope is just a simple mistake by me. Hope somebody out there has a clue what may have happened.

Thanks so much in regards,

Abel Warholm!
