Just yesterday I order a adobe export PDF. But it did not convert from PDF to a word doc.

Perhaps it is a secured file?.

I'd like to ask any expert who knows how to convert a PDF file to word one, even it is secured?

I'm using it for my study notes.

Please help!!  Otherwise, I would need to cancel the order before it is too late.
