IE11: Reader Plugin overlaps site content

Hi,

I've noticed a problem with IE(11) and the Acrobat Reader Plugin:

We made a site with an iframe containing a simple PDF. Every Browser shows this PDF in it's Viewer-Plugin. Firefox and Chrome do have their own PDF-Viewers and are performing fine, IE load the Adobe Acrobat Plugin. It also looks good, but there is one problem:

When I scroll the page (so the iframe move up), the Reader-Plugin overlaps the site content so half of the menubar is not visible any more (see menue.png - Box, the red bordered part). The plugin seems not to respect depth information. I remember this problem did also occur the Adobe Flash.

It there anything I can do to get the plugin to display within the normal site flow (i.e., behind the menubar)?

Thanks for your help.
