Application Manager? What Application Manager?

I keep getting this message.


If you are a Creative Cloud member and were advised to download a new copy of Adobe Application Manager, please click on the following URL and download the latest Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application: https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud.


But re-installing the CC app does absolutely nothing to fix my problem.


CC thinks I have a trial. I am a paid member.


I already removed and reinstalled everything and followed every "fix" I could find online.


I need my apps to work NOW.
