How was that SVG created? Can you try to import that SVG in the Library and see if it is added to the SVG folder? I don't know if you have Illustrator, but had some problems with SVG's and learned that just editing in Illustrator fixed the issue. When you save a SVG in AI, these settings seem to work best:
