We do not know the current status of our licenses or indeed, to which version of Photoshop they refer.
It may be that CS4 or CS5 licenses were purchased in 2010. However, given the technical support available at the time, the IT technicians would have installed the only software version available which was CS (version 1).
Someone installed the product, it wasn't me. One IT technician claims not to have installed any software on the Apples and his buddy in 2010 has since left.
I'm simply trying to get to the bottom of a mystery.
My task is to ensure that we are correctly licensed for the Apples using Photoshop.
