OK.. disabled any antivirus or firewall. Seemed to still hang up at 75%... although it may have jumped to 100%.
Enabled the hidden admin account. Logged in as that but couldn't download the software as that account won't run Explorer.
Logged in as self. Tried running download as "run as administrator".. appears to make it to 100% and then gives "fatal error occurred"
Pasted install link to administrator desktop. Logged in as administrator (hidden account) and started new download. Checked task manager, Adobe download only thing running.
Still get "fatal error" at the end of installation.
Can I get a refund from Adobe since the software won't load? I paid dearly for it.
