I can open any Publish + Share for any item and review the presets for, FaceBook, Vimeo, YuoTube and examine the changes in frame size, rate, file size, etc. I can bounce back and forth among methods until I touch "Private Web Album". Once I click on Private, I instantly get this:
With virgin install, all my DLLs are straight from the manufacturer in the latest versions. Perhaps an upgrade might be different.
I just used a normal file to test with.
