Yes, you can draw the signature using Adobe Reader 11.

Open the PDF in Reader, navigate to Sign pane on right, then under "I need to Sign" choose "Pace Signature" -> Draw my Signature

Now you can draw the signature in the box below & place it on the PDF file.
