I too have this exact problem, it only started this week. Until today, the Pitstop tools I selected appeared in the Quick tools toolbar every time I started Acrobat DC. Now they don't, and I have to use the same method of reinstating them. As far as I know there have been no updates to Acrobat or Pitstop. You said you have been in touch with Enfocus who confirm their Plugin is installed correctly so Aadesh's suggestion is of no help. Also Abaillescollins says that the plugin folder may have been overwritten. I have checked mine, it is still there with Pitstop 13 installed and working fine. It's just very frustrating. I'm using Pitstop 13 and Acrobat DC running on Windows 10 64bit.
