I'm having the same *!X problem and cannot find anyone or anyplace to resolve this issue. I spent BIG bucks for this and it never required a subscription. I BOUGHT the product. I too cancelled by Cloud subscription and am using older versions of my Adobe products!!! I use Adobe Acrobat at the law office where I work. This is preventing me from doing work I need to do on several client files. WILL SOMEONE PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!!!
