My newly installed Dreamweaver CC 2015 on Mac OS 10.10.5 isn't allowing me to create a new document using the Bootstrap framework.
Every time I try to do this an error message comes up saying:
"bootstrap.css does not exist. Click Create New to create a bootstrap.css file."
But Create New is already clicked. Does anyone know why this might be happening, please?
- Uninstalling and reinstalling the app (three times, in fact) has not sorted this out.
- The problem persists in even after rebooting my Mac in Safe Mode.
- Java 8 Update 60 is installed.
- To enable Illustrator CS6 to work in Yosmite without Java Runtime 6, in my System > Library > Java folder I've employed the recommended solution of making empty instances of 1.6.0.jdk (in the JavaVirtualMachines sub-folder) and Deploy.bundle (in the Support sub-folder). Could this be interfering with Java 8's Java Runtime Environment; and, if so, could that be preventing Dreamweaver CC from running?
The only other CC apps installed on my system are the CC installer, Muse CC 2015 and Acrobat Pro DC. These are working OK. Incidentally, Dreamweaver CS6 is working fine, as are all my other CS apps.
Thanks in advance for any suggestions/advice.
