Re: i had a new pc and no problem viewing a pdf. i wanted to update with a pdf editor so i downloaded. the trial period ended but i dont need it. just want to resume the ability to read pdf and cannot. how do i resolve?

it just worked!!! first time in months.  I think I know what the issue

was... it had to be downloaded to the desk top and this new windows touch

screen is so confusing that I never did that.  Thank you
