Lightroom 4 serial lost

Hi,

I bought the Samsung NX300 camera last year with a LR4 copy that came up with it as a bundle. Now recently I re-installed my OS, but found the LR serial missing. I still have the original LR4 CD that came with the camera. How to recover the serial number? Please note that it was never registered
