Yeah it didn't solved everything. Wacom do not have windows 10 update for hybrid. So I still have problems with the liquid filter. I got the Widows 10 But i found out that photoshop lags bad when I open it with their apps like Netflix app, edge, when I paint I use eyedropper fast to pick up colors. So it help to not use Windows 10 apps with photoshop. Other than lag in liquid filter. The eyedropper works perfectly I can paint and use eyedropper like usual. So I'll just have to watch YouTube andd Netflix in firefox instead and I'm ok with that. Hope this help if one of you use windows10 apps at the same time. Let me know if it works! I'll update more if I find anything else out
