How to make Timecode default for all clips instead of Frames?

I've been use PP for a few years now and I must have hit a setting by accident and I can't figure out how to fix it. All my clips in the preview box and in the bins default to Frame Numbers (e.g. 889) instead of Timecode (e.g. 00:29:19). This is very annoying because I'd rather see the time instead of the frames. I fixed it in my sequence and I can manually change clip while in the preview box but that's very tedious and I can't figure out how to change it for the bins. I used a Canon Rebel T3i at 1080 HD if that help... This has only become a problem recently.
