Which platform are you running ADE on?
Audio works well on Mac OS, iOS and Android versions, but the links in the ePub3 ebook disappeared in the Windows version for me. The mp3 files are still in the ePub file, and will play on the Windows machine, but couldn't be accessed through ADE.
