I converted a single email within Outlook and received the same result.
I dragged and dropped the same email to the desktop and converted as you suggested…and the output is different. The PDF contains a TXT and JPG reference next to the words “attachment” in the PDF…however…unlike my other attempts, there is no link to open either the TXT or the JPG file. When I show the attachments “tab” within Acrobat, it doesn’t show any attachments.
I attempted to convert the individual message dragged to the desktop from WITHIN Acrobat and could not see “.msg” files. My thought was to ensure it was setup to include attachments. I know ALL my previous attempts to convert from within Outlook have been set to include attachments. I also tried to find the setting from within Acrobat that would include the attachments….but could not find it.
Other thoughts?
