Try opening the PPT file in PPT and using the Acrobat menu in PPT (if you don't get it, then there may be a compatibility issue between your PPT and Acrobat. You did not mention the versions of OFFICE or Acrobat and that might be the issue. The print that TSN mentioned does not have the issue, but you will need to adjust the margins and possibly page size when printing for it to fit in the same way.
