Test it for yourself ... easy to do, and you'll learn more about working with the camera & doing post if you do. Shouldn't take more than a couple minutes to shoot something and a couple minutes in post ... try different shutter speeds. Fwiw, the 'standard 180 degree' film-style shutter is twice the frame-rate. So, for 29.97/30fps that would be 1/60th, for 23.976/24fps more like 1/50th. But check several shutter speeds and see which on YOUR camera and the way you move it gets less rolling-shutter and no flicker.
