Getting correct WB is a even a challenge for users who aren't color blind. A White Balance Card (or a few) strategically placed in at least one test shot per lighting situation can be used to set the WB Temp and Tint using its Eyedropper tool. Use the Global and Local WB controls as I described so all of the WB card values are R=G=B.
