I recently defaulted in my last monthly payment of Creative Cloud Student and Teacher edition (one-year).-- I changed my bank card saved it and made payment that went through. Adobe sent me a "glad you are back" E-mail prompting me to sign in and continue using a new year of Creative Cloud Student and Teacher edition (one-year). I did some 10 days ago and ever since. To this day I can not open my software because Creative Cloud tells me that I have to renew my membership, despite in my plans I have Creative Cloud Student and Teacher edition (one-year) valid until October 2016. Below that product I also have a free trial and when trying to go that route it pushes me to buy stuff again. I am really frustrated to say the least. Anybody can help me on this please??
