Re: I have dreamweaver Cs6, I'm using the spry widget for my Nav. My first tier Nav works just fine, but when I get to my second tier Nav and try to click on another page, I get a # in my url and it won't go to the other page.

No.  You just need to ensure the link path is correctly pointed to your actual filename.html.

Keep in mind that many servers are cAsE sEnSiTiVe.

FILENAME.html is not the same as filename.html or FileName.html, etc...

Also, spaces are invalid.  Don't uses spaces in folder or filesnames.
