Re: Photoshop CS3 has frozen on screen. Can't move images. Can't use Layers??

Mrinmay,I'm afraid I'm not as competent as I need be to follow your instructions? I got to the Photoshop Icon through Spotlight >double clicked but no dialog box opened to click "yes" on?Tried " manually" but I have no idea how to "Navigate? to Users/Library/ Preferences"?Maybe we can continue this tomorrow.  I'll try to get a computer-geek-friend here to help!?Thanks for you're patience!  Please stick with me!  You're the only person at Adobe who has ever really tried to help!!   Hope you'll still be there tomorrow?Gerry T

created by Mrinmay Majhi in Photoshop General Discussion - View the full discussionPlease search for Photoshop in Spotlight.Then press the key combination and make a double click  to the icon.Once you get the dialog box, click on 'Yes' to it. Check Photoshop.If you are still facing issues, please follow the steps to reset photoshop manually. > Quit Photoshop> Navigate to Users/[user name]/Library/Preferences> Rename Adobe Photoshop CS3 Settings to old.Adobe Photoshop CS3 Settings> Restart Photoshop
