Mrinmay,I'm afraid I'm not as competent as I need be to follow your instructions? I got to the Photoshop Icon through Spotlight >double clicked but no dialog box opened to click "yes" on?Tried " manually" but I have no idea how to "Navigate? to Users/Library/ Preferences"?Maybe we can continue this tomorrow. I'll try to get a computer-geek-friend here to help!?Thanks for you're patience! Please stick with me! You're the only person at Adobe who has ever really tried to help!! Check Photoshop.If you are still facing issues, please follow the steps to reset photoshop manually. > Quit Photoshop> Navigate to Users/[user name]/Library/Preferences> Rename Adobe Photoshop CS3 Settings to old.Adobe Photoshop CS3 Settings> Restart Photoshop
