Re: Mixed Framerate Content

Interesting point about shooting under lightbulbs:  If you're not shooting with professional wattage lamps (650, 1k, and 2k), under florescents, or inside of a sport stadium (which is 10k, I think), you probably have nothing to worry about when it comes to flicker/strobing.

You could start with a preset like ARRI 1080p30 and then go into the Sequence Settings, switch to a "Custom" editing mode and set that Timebase to 60.00 frames/second.

Are you familiar with the Timewarp effect in After Effects?  That's really your best tool for conforming the frame rate.  It defaults to 50% speed (to create smooth slow motion), but you'l want to apply it at 100% speed.

When it comes time to export, you'll be faced with customizing presets again.  Although, I'd try the defaults first.  If the motion was good in the 60fps source and is good in the 60fps Sequence, it should look good at the default frame rate of the "Vimeo 1080p HD" preset (or whichever preset you choose).
