I had someone who couldn't read a doc file, so I was trying to see how to make the doc file into a pfs. I clicked on the adobe icon and it said I could convert to pds, so i selected that. Instead of converting the one file/doc it converted everything in the folder to adobe. Now I can't open anything in the folder and to convert to doc it wants me to buy the converter. Each doc/file had the abobe pic but ending of doc. I need the doc/files back to word doc. I would also like to have a conversion of the file to pds so I can send the attachment as a doc or pds. Can you help? I tried to get help from adobe, but couldn't.
