Re: Trail version of InDesign is not responding.

Dear Mr. Levine,

 

I am Still unable to access my file. I am now unable to open my trial

version of InDesign. I am disappointed that you will not consider crediting

me for the lost time. I will not purchase InDesign unless I am comfortable

using the product and feel that the customer support meets my needs. If this

issue is not resolved soon, I will not have enough time to properly evaluate

the product. Likewise, I am sorry to say my experience with customer service

has been less than satisfying. Below is the OS information you request.

Please help me in resolving this problem.
