I have a quiestion and a problem about Assets , in the Market of CC desktop

I have this problem, im a member of CC individuals, im always have acces to download assets for my libraries but a few days ago when im try to download some asset tha i need , show me this message, in english  basically says tha Only premium members can use the assets and the individual members . BUT im a member, im paying for the service. Can sombody help me about it? Thanks
