If you couldn't deactivate Creative Cloud from the Previous computer, Its fine. Still you can go ahead and install in on 3rd or can say 2nd working/active computer.
when you will install creative cloud on new computer you will get a pop up screen.
simply select "sign out from all other devices"
*It will not remove CC apps from computer , it will just signs out the activation from previous computers.
