Hello, Kanikas100, can you help answer my questions please?
1. Is there really "no option to initiate the refund for the renewal order" on creative cloud subscriptions?
2. Did the advisor and his supervisor really "make an exception and cancel the subscription with full refund" for me, or was this my contractual right in the first place sit was within 14 days of renewal?
3. I was told "you must have got the email notification regarding the renewal", but i can still find no notification email - am i stupid or is the advisor wrong?
