Using Photoshop CC2014
Whenever I use a brush it has the splatter gun look (like what is supposed to happen if an "airbrush" style brush is selected) Selecting or unselecting different brushes and or settings does not change this.
This started happening a few weeks ago and it only effects my desktop machine (on which all my editing is done) all the brushes my notebook still operate as normal
Resetting the brush library does nothing
Anyone have any suggestions?
