On Windows 10...
In Outlook 2016 > File > Options > Addins >
The "Acrobat PDFMaker Office COM Addin" is under "Inactive Application Add-ins".
At the bottom > COM Addins > Go
This Addin is unchecked.
If I try to select it, I get the message, "Not loaded. A runtime error occurred during the loading of the COM Add-in.
I tried some of these solutions with no success.
PDFMaker unavailable | Office 2007, 2010, 2013 | Acrobat 9, Acrobat X, Acrobat XI, Acrobat DC
The add-in is in the correct location:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat 11.0\PDFMaker\Mail\Outlook
In MS Word, there is a different addin loaded and I can save as a PDF.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat 11.0\PDFMaker\Office\PDFMOfficeAddin.dll
Any help is appreciated.
