I've posted a question about this topic this afternoon but just found this one. Before I monkey around with folders and files can you tell me why renaming these folders is necessary and why it happened in the first place? I am running PSE13 on a mac with Yosemite and never had a problem until just recently. I see problems like this have been going on for some time, judging by the dates here and it is going on right now for many, many people. Is this solution still viable now?
