Please check the file below, it is working on any Android device with version Lollipop 5.0.2 and Acrobat Reader DC.
The steps followed in the submit button:
Go to form editing mode and then to Button Properties by double clicking on the Submit button.
Under 'Actions' tab go to Select Action dropdown option and select Submit a Form.
In the next dialog box under 'Enter a URL for this link' provide your email address: "mailto:abc@xyz.com"
From Export Format pane select the option, 'PDF The complete document'
