Crash on ingest if SpeedGrade file is in directory

Hi there,

just installed latest CC on a clean install win 7/x64 machine and faced the bug where prelude crashes on ingest.

so i searched a bit and found many people with this problem. Here on my PC It appears that as soon as a SpeedGrade project file is present in a directory that is browsed through the ingest dialogue an instant crash happens in prelude. I can browse all other folders fine, thumbnails work etc. but a SpeedGrade file makes a crash.

My fresh installed desktop was pretty empty except a few .movs and a SG file.. so systematic testing quickly revealed the culprit.

In the win event viewer i get this application error

EVENT 1000, Application Error

Faulting application name: Adobe Prelude.exe, version: 4.0.0.138, time stamp: 0x5563950b

Faulting module path: C:\Windows\system32\MSVCR120.dll

Report Id: f73b9996-4e71-11e5-9c89-001fbc02b4c4

and I also get this one, but not in the same moment... anyhow since it's about SG I better post it too

EVENT 33, SideBySide

Activation context generation failed for "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe SpeedGrade CC 2015\Plug-ins\Common\ImporterF65.prm". Haven't used the programs much on this machine yet as It is just installed, if i come across more issues I'll let you know.

Hope this helps
