Ok. Open LR, Click on the Library Tab/Entry on the top right. Do you then see the Import and Export buttons?
When a module is active, Library, Develop, Map and the like that name is highlighted like this.
None of your module headings are highlighted. They are all grey like in the images I posted of the other modules that aren't active.
I can't get LR to not have one of them active. How long ago did you install LR 5? Did you register it with a serial number or do you have a CC subscription or is it in a Trial mode?
