This is probably a long shot but here goes , I used an action on a photo of mine a while back which gave a painted style but after upgrading to cc2015 I cant find it or remember what it was called. Now I know it was a one click action and it may have used the oil paint plug which is no longer in PS 2015 so re-installed Cs6 and went through all my actions nothing comes close. So I was hoping somebody may have an idea of a plugin or action that will give the same effect or if anybody recognizes the look .
