  I'm still pleaing.  All of the TLS were and are checked.  Am I going to have to buy another version of PS Elements? Sure wish I had my PhotoShop 5 which I had on my old XP Pro.  I love that program; it fit my needs and I never had a problem.  The Elements 12 worked ok, but ... here I am trying to get by with a free download of  PhotoFiltre.  :-(
