In my old Amiga days I used to have a program called Deluxe paint that was capable to warp a picture into any shaped selection
this was great to create with a custom made brush a specific hatching technique
But after the demise of the Amiga and its software I have lost this ability
Has any of you ever come across filter or program that can do this trick?
