Whole membership was deleted when I requested to get rid of Adobe Stock trial.

I got support from Adobe chat earlier this week (I think Tuesday) stating that I wanted to get rid of the Adobe Stock free month trial from my Creative Cloud membership (keeping the membership but getting rid of Adobe Stock). The person I was talking to said no problem and that I'd get a refund. Today I saw that I got an email saying my entire membership was deleted and no refund has been recieved. And now that my membership has been deleted I can't get actual support by calling Adobe? I am very displeased, I want to renew my membership and get my money back, I'm a Graphic Design student, I need these programs for my classes and I don't have money to through at it to get it renewed!
