Yes that is normal. You can download the camera raw 6.2 update from here: Adobe - Photoshop Elements : For Windows I believe the camera raw 6.2 update is the only update for photoshop elements 8.

Premier Elements 12（Mac)で映像を読み込むと、すべてのクリップの最後の数秒だけ音が消えてしまいます。途中までは普通に音が鳴っているのですが、最後５〜１０秒ほど音がなくなってしまいます。 プレミアに読み込む前の映像では音は最後まで入っています。音だけ映像とズレているのかと思ったのですがそういうわけでもないようです。 解決方法はありますでしょうか。よろしくお願いいたします。
